ATTENDEE GUIDE
BPM’s 25th Annual Leadership Conference is almost here! Whether you are a seasoned traveler or this is your first big trip, we have got you covered with a simple rundown of what to expect and how to show up to have a great experience.
Getting Ready: Easy Prep Steps
- Double‑check your ID—keep it somewhere easy to grab during travel. TSA now requires an Enhanced ID or Real ID so be sure you have an acceptable form of ID.
- Download your airline app for boarding passes and real‑time updates.
- You will be responsible for coordinating your own ground transportation to the hotel. Taxis are recommended. Taxis are the fastest option in Las Vegas. If you choose to rideshare, regular Lyft or UberX should be used unless traveling with a larger group (no limos). Please plan to ride together with others in your group arriving at the same time. (This expense is reimbursable.)
What to Wear: Dress Code
- Tuesday and Wednesday are Business casual—clean, professional, but still comfortable.
- The Welcome Dinner/Party at the pool on Tuesday evening is business casual. No one is allowed in the
pool. - Maintenance Supervisors, at registration on Tuesday you will receive a shirt (a gift from our vendor).
Please wear this shirt on Wednesday with jeans or dress pants. - Wednesday evening is the Performance Awards Dinner. Attire can range from business/dressy casual
(suits, jackets, collar shirts, dresses, pant suits, etc.) all the way to being decked to the nines in formal
wear!

- Bring comfortable shoes! Vegas hotels are HUGE and involve lots of walking.
- Pack a light sweater or jacket—meeting rooms can be chilly.
Touchdown in Vegas: What You’ll See
- The airport is big and busy—just follow signs for baggage claim and ground transportation.
- Keep your belongings close and stay aware of your surroundings.
Ceasars Palace
- When you arrive at Caesars Palace on Tuesday, head to the front lobby to check in to your guest room. We
requested early check-ins. If your room is unavailable, you can leave your luggage with the Bell Desk.- Follow the Bridge Property Management Welcome Committee and sign holders to the conference area
(Augustus Ballroom). BPM’s registration tables will be just outside the ballroom for you to grab your
name badges. - Eat lunch at a place of your choosing and be back to the Augustus Ballroom by 12:45pm, as we will start
promptly at 1:00pm. (Lunch is a reimbursable expense, up to $30.)
- Follow the Bridge Property Management Welcome Committee and sign holders to the conference area
- Please don’t leave valuables in your room unless you put them in the room safe.
- Breakfast each day is on your own (Breakfast is a reimbursable expense, up to $30)
- Room Service is not recommended.
- Room Service is NOT an expense covered by BPM, and it is not allowed to be billed to the room. i.e., You must pay cash or provide your own credit card.
- Important! Mini bars will be in all guest rooms and ARE NOT for your consumption.
- Do not move or partake in any items (liquor, snacks, or water). They are weighted and will be charged to
your room automatically. Do not use this refrigerator for storage. Removing an item for even a short
period of time will result in you being charged. - Disciplinary action will be taken along with a deduction from your paycheck.

How to Show Up at the Conference
- Be on time—sessions start promptly, and there is a lot to enjoy!
- Be Present! Put your phones and laptops away (unless, of course, you need it for translation or closed
captioning purposes) - We appreciate that many of you may need to take emergency calls; feel free to excuse yourself from the event to take the call outside of the meeting room.
- Bring your curiosity—ask questions, join discussions, and participate.
- Connect with other attendees—this is a great place to meet teammates from across the company.
- Stay positive, respectful, and open to new ideas—good vibes help everyone have a great experience.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed at any conference event. Smoking and vaping are limited to designated areas at the hotel.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed at any conference event.
- Remember, you represent BPM everywhere you go. Professionalism is expected throughout your travel and
entire stay in Las Vegas.
